Tuolumne Utilities District moves forward with technology by adding Granicus, webcasting solutions to its website. TUD customers or concerned citizens can easily log onto the TUD website, www.tudwater.com to watch the Board of Director meetings live and on-demand from the comfort of their home. With the help of the Granicus software, the Board of Directors meetings are listed by date with an agenda, video and minutes associated with the meetings. If there is a specific topic of interest, there is a keyword search available to locate the item of reference.
The TUD Board of Directors meets every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7pm at the TUD Board Room. “Our goal is to keep the public informed with the many projects we are working on at all times. This webcasting solution is an excellent opportunity to improve our public meeting efficiency and keep our customers informed. It also saves them time. They can quickly search for their point of interest on our website at any time to locate the information covered at the Board of Directors meeting,” states Pete Kampa, General Manager for TUD.
