Eliminate the need to wait for minutes documents to discover the vote results of a recent meeting. VoteLog provides a modern display of the most recent meetings and the actions taken during those. Jump directly to the item discussion to see what lead to the vote or view the details and get a snapshot of what occurred.
Review vote results
The “Details” icon provides residents and staff with a quick snapshot of each action item. Choose to watch the video of the discussion and see the vote in action or simply review the details. Discover who motioned, seconded, what the action was, the vote result, and how each elected member voted.

Track legislation over time
VoteLog also allows public and staff to search all of the motion/vote data stored in your Granicus solution so they can track legislation over time or see how elected members are voting on issues important to them. Using Advanced Search allows them to more accurately define their search criteria. Narrow search results by:
- Entering keyword(s)/phrases
- Including and excluding words/phrases
- Selecting a meeting body
- Selecting a date range
- Selecting a voting member(s)
- Selecting vote types: Yes, No, Abstain, Absent, Recuse
