Your Granicus Customer Care team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our normal business hours are: Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. After-hours support is available for urgent product issues impacting your agency, department, or training. Customers can contact us by telephone or email.
