    Yes. The current state and future direction of Webcasting.com technology and services is now controlled by Granicus. Customers have already been functioning with Granicus successfully for 60 days.
     
  • Will there be any changes to my services?
    Don’t worry; there will be no changes to your services. The exact same services that Webcasting.com has been providing for years will continue to be provided by Granicus in exactly the same way, and in most cases by the same people. Through Granicus, the level of services and support for Webcasting.com customers will even increase! We’ve added dedicated support resources, including an Account Manager and an entire team of support engineers, to ensure their success.
     
  • Will Webcasting.com’s technology be managed by Granicus?
    Yes. All Webcasting.com media assets will be migrated to Granicus’ fully managed hosted infrastructure to boost operational stability, security, and performance. Plus, all Webcasting.com customers’ webpages will be hosted and maintained by Granicus moving forward. This opens up new opportunities for them to make enhancements to their citizen-facing media portals. Most customers have already been migrated to Granicus.
     
  • Will my pricing change?
    No. All existing customers of Webcasting.com will receive the same level of service at the same price. Over time, should you be interested in new products or services from Granicus, these additional products and services may include an additional fee. We will not be forcing Webcasting.com customers to upgrade or change services.
